ECWA Theological Seminary Kagoro has seven Doctoral holders in different fields. Also there are eight Master's holders. In addition to these, the following are visiting lecturers to the seminary:

Dr. Lee Heyward from Wisconsin, USA.
Pastor Mike Leake from Washington State, USA.
Pastor Dan Manjang who studied Hebrew at the University of Jerusalem.

The seminary is looking for a permanent teacher with a Ph.D. in New Testament.
